history: He is a being created from the Merger of Maja's Elridian and Heia, and the forced merger of that Maja ascendant with the Dark Spirit known as the Joker. He has their Memories, but his own personality, those merged with him are not seperate enities within one body.
background: He is the Lord of the Tartarans, God of the Mamodos, Tomburries, Dog Demons, and the Putties. He is a nuetral Being, He cares only for his own Goals, which only he knows, and his subjects weither they are the Tartarans or his children the Mage Born. He is no longer a true Maja and therefor only works for them for what he would gain from it.

Ca Mera, Red gold energy flows in an orb around him "CAAAAAAAAAA MERA!!!" With that his hair turns blue, his face becomes draconic looking, and his eyes cat like. Glowing wings of light appear on his back and a tail magically appears.
Light Feathers: Khepra grows red-gold wings and the wings shoot hundreds of quills that blow up when they hit somthing.
Shadow Port: ability to disapear and reappear with dark energy
Gaia Blast: creates a blast upward of earth spikes.
Mjoller: a supper powerful mixture of Lightning air and pressure that can crush and blow up the target.
Toeten Kruz: He Creates a supper huge and powerful cross of lighte that sends a tidal wave of light at the enemy.
Phantom Shot: Khepra gathers the spirit energy from the world into a glowing blue orb and fires it at the enemy.
Genesis Light: the Ultimate Light Spell, and the last one learned from the Crystal Staff.
Ca Era: Maja Lords version of Ca Mera simular to the Super Saijin 2. Green-Blue energy flows around Khepra, he yells "CAAAAAAAAAAA ERA!!" Energy forms around his hand and condences into a crown which he places on his head.
Orb of the Emmortal (Orb an Immortal): Khepra is sorrounded by Liquid Energy, then he shoots a beam of enrgy at the recipiant, and the victim is engulfed in mystical flames that purifie it of Dark Ki and burn it.

Paradox Buster: Jokers signature move, he creates a yin yang sign then fires a light/dark blast that mingle together and make a big ass blast equal to the Dragonslave.
Regeneration: to slow to be used in battle but he can heal all wounds eventually
Soul Split: He splits into two beings to fight his oponents, but only for a little while

Dark Spirit Lightning: Four Bolts of Spiritally charged dark energies fly from the sky at his opponents.
Soul Viper: Heia fires a piece of his essence at his opponite like firing a gun.(i am thinking i will take this one out, very dangerous instee death thing besides i dont feel you would allow it if i had ever used it outside of posts)
Dark Prodigy Bubble: Caster Creates a spining orb in the middle of his weapon and as it travells up the weapon a similuar sphere apears and lifts the victim up then it fries the victim with dark energy.
Water Dragon Technic: Heia creates a dragon made of water to attack his enemies.
Doom Web: Heia fires a web of 8 beams from his hand and they converge on the opponent electricuting them.
